Product Description

AppCommander is a dual-pane file manager application for macOS with SSH/SFTP support, archive browsing, and keyboard-driven navigation.

License

Upon purchase, you receive a perpetual, personal, non-transferable license to use AppCommander under the following terms:

• The license may be activated on up to 3 (three) macOS devices that you own.
• The license is perpetual — it does not expire.
• The license is personal and non-transferable. You may not share, sell, or sublicense your license key.
• The license includes 2 (two) years of free updates from the date of purchase.

Free Trial

AppCommander offers a 60-day free trial with full functionality. No credit card is required. The application continues to function after the trial period; we ask that you purchase a license if you find it useful.

Payment

• The license costs €9.99 (plus applicable VAT). VAT is calculated based on your location, in accordance with EU digital services tax rules.
• Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your payment card details.
• This is a one-time payment. There are no subscriptions or recurring charges.

Updates

Your license includes 2 years of free updates from the date of purchase. After this period, the application continues to work with the last version received. You may purchase a new license to receive further updates.

Limitation of Liability

AppCommander is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, InstaSoft Informatikai Zrt. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the software.

Intellectual Property

AppCommander, including its source code, design, and documentation, is the intellectual property of InstaSoft Informatikai Zrt. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved.

Right of Withdrawal

AppCommander is a digital product. In accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content that has been downloaded and accessed. By completing the purchase and downloading the software, you acknowledge and agree that the right of withdrawal no longer applies.

Termination

We may terminate your license if you violate these Terms, including but not limited to sharing your license key or attempting to reverse-engineer the software.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Hungary. Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts of Hungary.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of AppCommander after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
